Google Dropped Gemini 3.1 Pro and It Slaps:
Google just rolled out Gemini 3.1 Pro, and it is not a small update. This one is built for situations where a quick, surface-level answer simply will not cut it. Think deeper reasoning, better coding, and actual problem-solving muscle.

Reasoning Got a Major Boost: Gemini 3.1 Pro scored 77.1% on ARC-AGI-2, more than doubling Gemini 3 Pro's reasoning performance. That is not a minor jump, that is a leap.
Three Thinking Levels Now: The model now offers low, medium, and high thinking modes for flexible problem-solving. High mode basically turns it into a lightweight version of Gemini Deep Think.
Where You Can Access It: It is rolling out to the Gemini app, NotebookLM, AI Studio, Vertex AI, and Android Studio. Pro and Ultra plan users get access first, developers can try it via API preview.
Code Generation Leveled Up: The model can now generate animated SVG graphics directly from a text prompt. Sharp visuals, smaller file sizes, and no video export needed.

Who Gets It First: Right now, it is limited to select users who are 18 and older. It supports English, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, and Korean only.
