Anthropic Releases New Claude Interviewer Tool:

Anthropic just gave Claude a new job title, and it’s not “AI assistant.” It’s “Interviewer.” The tool quizzes users about their AI habits, collecting insights that could shape future development.

• What It Does: Anthropic Interviewer runs automated conversations at a massive scale. It creates questions, conducts interviews, and helps analyze responses with human researchers reviewing everything afterward.

• The Test Run: The company interviewed 1,250 professionals from different fields before going public. Creatives, scientists, and general workers all shared how AI changed their daily work routines and productivity.

• The Good News: Most people felt optimistic about AI helping their work. Around 86% of workers said AI saves them time, while 97% of creatives reported similar benefits.

The tool is live for a week-long pilot on Claude's website. Anyone can participate and share their thoughts. Anthropic plans to run regular studies to track how opinions change over time.

Google Brings Camera Feature to NotebookLM App:

Google just added a built-in camera to NotebookLM's mobile app, making it easier to turn physical stuff into digital sources. Snap a photo of handwritten notes, whiteboards, or printed materials right from the app.

Things to Know:

• How It Works: The camera button lives on your homepage and Sources tab. Tap it to snap fresh photos or grab existing ones from your gallery.

• What You Can Upload: Think screenshots, infographics, handwritten notes, whiteboards, and printed handouts. Basically, anything that holds information you want to process later on.

• Mobile Improvements: The update also brings photo library browsing to mobile devices. Features like flashcards and quizzes are now rolling out widely across the app, too.

Meta Rolls Out New Support Hub With AI Assistant:

Meta just dropped a new support hub for Facebook and Instagram, basically admitting their previous help options were garbage. The hub includes AI-powered search, an AI assistant, and account recovery tools. It's rolling out globally now on iOS and Android.
